This tool is inspired by my therapeutic work integrating role-play, creative world-building, and transactional analysis. It offers clients, therapists, and training groups a playful yet clinically grounded way to explore inner worlds, relational patterns, challenges, and resources.

1. Add your group members
- use simple initials
- choose icons
- choose colours
2. Add labels for places etc
These labels can be the names of parts of your therapeutic journey
You can move these around the grid
You can copy and paste images to represent different places, experiences, parts of your therapeutic journey etc ...
Or you can choose some of the existing images ...
You can then play around adding in feelings/parts of self/resources etc to journey with.
